MBA Program

The Master of Business Administration program of LCU is designed to respond to the challenges of the 21st century by enriching the graduate students' abilities in effectively managing today's organizations. The MBA program will prepare our students to solve many of the complex roots of the issues facing the business world.

Throughout the program, students will gain the necessary tools and skills to be able to respond to the challenges of today's business world. The commitment of the MBA at LCU program is to enhance the critical thinking as well as managerial skills of the students through the problem solving approach.

MBA program initially offers five basic courses in proficiencies. Those courses are ECON/550 (Economics), FINC/551 (Finance), ACCN/552 (Accounting), MKTG/553 (Marketing) and CRTG/501 (Critical Thinking). Students will be invited to follow the realistic case scenarios and offer solutions to the existing problems. Examination, analysis and assessment of the real world scenarios will be the core of the research.

• The Master of Business Administration program at LCU embraces the collaborative learning process where students are assigned as teams to engage in each others' successes. The MBA consists of equivalent of 36 credit hours and including the five proficiency courses. The students may waive some of the proficiency courses if they have earned credit units in their undergraduate programs. In such cases, they may qualify for less credit required hours.
